The programs in poptree-dos.zip are for (1) constuctiong a neighbor-joining
tree or a UPGMA tree from allele frequency data of microsatellite DNA loci or
other genetic markers. Poptree can also calculate heterozygosities and Gst.
The programs run on DOS (Command Prompt in Windows).

(1) Download poptree-dos.zip and poptree-dos.txt onto your computer.
(2) Uncompress poptree-dos.zip. 
(3) Read the readme.txt file in poptree-dos.zip first.
