Foods in the Sanuki Area

The most famous food in the Sanuki area is "Sanuki-Udon", which are Japanese-style noodles. You can find Udon restaurants anywhere in the Sanuki area. When slurping Udon, it is not rude to make noise.

Although "Honetuki-dori" is not so famous nation-wide, it is a favorite of the local residents. Honetuki-dori is crispy-backed chicken with garlic flavoring.

"Kawara-senbei" is a hard rice cracker. You can hurt your teeth chewing upon this, but the taste is good.
