Wilms' tumor producing neuron-specific enolase

A female child with a Wilms' tumor producing neuron-specific
enolase (NSE) is presented. The tumor was stage II, with favorable histology,
and contained a linear calcification. The NSE was probably composed mostly
of alpha gamma enzyme and produced by rhabdomyocyte-like cells in the tumor.
